1. Initial consultation and site visit

After our initial contact, we’ll arrange for one of our pool designers to visit you at home to discuss the next steps and visually analyse the space you’d like to build. We’ll also assess the surrounding area to ensure there is enough room for everything you’d like to include.

We’re always happy to help in any way we can, and this is a free, no-obligation service with no requirement to continue with the process at this stage.

2. Assessing the style and design for your pool

Once we’ve settled on the outdoor or indoor pool location, it’s time to think about the aesthetics of your pool. Our custom luxury pools are 100% bespoke, and you can personalise every aspect of your pool.

This includes, but is by no means limited to:

• Size
• Shape
• Design
• Pool liner
• Tiles
• Pool surrounds, including landscaping, lighting, etc.
• Extras such as a pool house, pool deck, water features or changing rooms

Based on this information, we can give you an initial, generic estimate for the type of pool you’d like.

3. 3D CAD pool design and VR pool preview

If you’re ready to proceed with a more detailed quote and drawing, our design engineers will then bring your beautiful pool to life in virtual reality, creating a scaled model using state-of-the-art 3D CAD software.

Once we’ve settled on the design and aesthetic finishes for your pool, we’ll be able to create a checklist that includes details of all needed equipment, including dosing systems, accessories like pool covers, and heating systems (where applicable).

We will charge you a one-off fee for these drawings, which you can then use to provide your builder with the technical information they need to build your pool. Or if you’d rather use our skilled pool builders, this cost will be taken off the final swimming pool build.
